Lasagna with broccoli, nuts and ricotta
You will need:
- 300 gr of broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic
- 400 ml whipped cream
- 250 gr of ricotta
- 70 gr of parmesan
- Cracked walnuts
- 18 plates of lasagna
- Ground pepper
- 100 gr of grated mozzarella
First turn on the oven to 180º. Prepare lasagna plates according to package directions.
Cook the broccoli in salted water for 15 minutes. Put the oil in a pan and see the onion and the minced garlic. Then add the ricotta, cream, grated Parmesan, walnuts, salt and pepper. Stir everything and mix in a blender.
Pour 4 or 5 tablespoons of the previous mixture in a baking dish then add 6 plates of pasta. Pour a little of the previous mixture on top and crumble a little broccoli. Cover with 6 more plates of pasta and again add a few tablespoons of the mixture and crumble again a little broccoli.
