Don’t worry, because with these recipes you can easily make your own sauces and love them so much that you will hardly be able to survive without them.
Certainly, there are not many houses in our country that do not use kettle sauce because of the accompaniment perfect for sausages, burgers, fries… Ketchup is just a tomato sauce with lots of spices appreciated by young and old alike. To do this you will need:
- 1 kg of ripe tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
- 50 gr of brown sugar
- 70 cc of apple cider vinegar or white wine
- 1/2 teaspoon of fine salt

Wash the tomatoes and pepper. Cut the tomatoes into pieces and remove all the seeds from the pepper. Put everything in a saucepan and add the onion cloves and garlic. Cook for at least 30 minutes. When everything is tender, crush the mixture in a blender and add the spices, sugar and vinegar. Cook again until a thick puree remains. When cold, pack in sterilized glass jars.

- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 dash of vinegar
Put it on fire in a pan a little oil, chopped onion, pepper and the garlic clove and sauté for a few minutes, add a little brown sugar and sauté again. Now add all the other ingredients and mix with the blender until you get a fine sauce.
